The Capital Region Airport Commission is committed to increasing and promoting fair and equal business opportunities to qualified companies. We believe that the relationship between the Commission and our vendors is very important and one that is mutually beneficial.

The Commission purchases goods and services throughout the year by competitive process to effectively operate Richmond International Airport. Companies interested in doing business with the Commission must register their company through our web-based Business Opportunities Procurement System, providing us with list of the specific commodities they sell. Once registered, this information will be added to the vendor database.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy

The Commission encourages small, minority and women-owned firms to participate in business opportunities at Richmond International Airport. Our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Plan is governed by the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26. The Commission does not certify firms, but accepts the certification of the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise. 7,000 sqft Class A Office Space with a View

The Capital Region Airport Commission announces a new office space lease opportunity at Richmond International Airport (RIC). With the recent consolidation of the Airport's administrative offices in the terminal building, 7,000 sqft of Class A office space, sub-dividable to suit, is now being offered for lease at the Ivor Massey Building, 5707 Huntsmen Road, between the Richmond Jet Center and the Virginia Aviation Museum just off Airport Drive.

The lease space offers easy access to I-64, I-295 and Pocahontas 895, and is located less than one mile from the terminal building.
