Current Business Opportunities
Landscape & Irrigation Project (IFB: 10-2105) North Garage, South Commercial Lane & Economy Lot A Landscape & Irrigation : The project areas include the landscaping & irrigation for the area adjacent to the North Garage, the area adjacent to the South Commercial Lane expansion and Economy Lot A at Richmond International Airport. Landscape improvements will include new plantings, street trees and turf in the previously mentioned areas. All areas will be irrigated.
Airfield Electrical System Upgrade (IFB: 10-2101) This project includes modifications of electrical vaults and Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), replacement of all taxiway and runway centerline lights, runway touchdown zone lights and taxiway edge lights with LED lights, replacement of runway edge lights with new ones, replacement of electrical cables, conduit, counterpoise and safety (equipment) ground system (if needed), replacement of airfield signs with LED signs, and installation of junction can plazas and new LED airfield signs, and new taxiway LED edge lights.
Rehabilitate Taxiways H F R & C (IFB: 10-2102) This project involves the rehabilitation of taxiways H, F, R and C at Richmond International Airport including: concrete joint repair, milling and placing asphalt, full depth pavement reconstruction, and taxiway lighting modification.

7,000 sqft Class A Office Space with a View
The Capital Region Airport Commission announces a new office space lease opportunity at Richmond International Airport (RIC). With the recent consolidation of the Airport's administrative offices in the terminal building, 7,000 sqft of Class A office space, sub-dividable to suit, is now being offered for lease at the Ivor Massey Building, 5707 Huntsmen Road, between the Richmond Jet Center and the Virginia Aviation Museum just off Airport Drive. The lease space offers easy access to I-64, I-295 and Pocahontas 895, and is located less than one mile from the terminal building.
