DBE/ACDBE Small Business Participation

The Capital Region Airport Commission (CRAC) is required per code of federal regulation 49 CFR 23 and 26 to create and maintain a comprehensive Participation List. The Participation List Form will be used to determine the relative availability of Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and non- DBE and ACDBEs (Small Business per the SBA Guidelines) and will assist with establishing the Commission’s overall goal. 

1. All fields are required to be completed.
2. This list is intended to be a listing of all firms that are participating, or attempting to participate, on DOT-assisted contracts. The list must include all firms that are active participants for concession opportunities by requiring the information in paragraph (c)(2) of 49 CFR 23.2 to be submitted with their proposals or initial responses to negotiated procurements.

4. Provide the NAICS code applicable to each scope of work the firm sought to perform in its bid. The North American Industry Classification System is the standard used by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data related to the U.S. business economy. NAICS codes can be found at https:// www.census.gov/naics/.
5. For Annual gross receipts, select the applicable gross receipts bracket.
6. Submit one form for each bidder, subcontractor, manufacturer and/or supplier of all tiers. Note Bidders shall submit this form at the time of the bid or proposal due date.
